Due to the nature of digital products, they are instantly accessible after purchase and cannot be physically returned. When We Accept Returns or Offer Refunds
While we do not generally accept returns for digital products, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
Defective or Corrupted Files
If the embroidery file you receive is corrupted or does not open properly.Technical Errors
If the design has stitch errors, missing elements, or issues that prevent it from working as advertised.Incorrect File Format
If you receive a file format different from what was described or what you ordered.
In these situations, we will either:
Provide a corrected version of the file at no extra cost, or
Offer a refund if we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
To request a return or refund under these conditions, please contact our support team at contact@embroiplanet.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns for Fully Functional Digital Products
Once a digital embroidery file is downloaded, it is considered delivered and used. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering by mistake
Lack of compatibility with your machine if not verified before purchase
This policy exists to prevent unauthorized use or distribution of our digital designs.
