At EmbroiPlanet, our goal is to provide top-tier embroidery digitizing services and designs that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. However, due to the unique nature of digital products, we have specific policies in place regarding Refunds and Returns.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns for Digital Products
Digital embroidery files are easily downloadable and can be replicated multiple times. Once these files are delivered, they can no longer be “returned” in the same way physical products can. Because of the ease with which digital files can be copied, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded.
This policy is in place for several reasons:
- Intellectual Property Protection: As digital files are our creative assets, protecting them from unauthorized distribution or misuse is critical to our business.
- Immediate Accessibility: Once a file has been delivered, it is in the customer’s possession and accessible for use. Because of this, the product is considered “used” from the moment of delivery.
- Fairness and Integrity: Offering refunds for digital products after they have been delivered opens the door for potential misuse. To ensure fairness to all our customers and protect our business, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
